Desktop Support Technician

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $56,100 - $68,600 per year

Location: Perris, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

Provide desktop support and configuration of PCs, Printers, RFs and miscellaneous hardware for support in the DC.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Inventory of IT Assets.
  • Ticket queue management.
  • Issue resolution across IT work streams including network infrastructure, workstations, and numerous end user devices.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support to end users and DC IT Team.
