Job Details

Senior MEAN Stack Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Experience Level: 10+ Years (Senior)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years in full-stack development using the MEAN stack.

Deep expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v8+) and React.js ability to switch between frameworks as per project requirements.

Solid understanding of MongoDB, data modeling, and performance tuning.

Proven experience designing scalable system architecture and APIs.

Familiar with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2), and security best practices.

Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, Git workflows, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps integration.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Familiarity with microservices architecture and GraphQL.

Exposure to message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.

Experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams.

Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
