The Role

We are seeking a seasoned media leader with expertise in advertising, social media, vendor management, and talent development. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and communication skills, deep understanding of the evolving global media industry, and a track record of leading high-performance teams.

This role oversees a team that innovates workflows, maintains quality standards, and builds valuable relationships to drive creative delivery initiatives in digital media. Key partnerships include vendors, Marketing Production teams, Social Marketing, Marketing Technology, Information Security, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing global team focused on distribution, paid media launch, and security.
  • Develop talent, foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across regions.
  • Deliver value by defining clear strategies, roles, responsibilities, while being accountable for results.
  • Strategize and implement roadmaps aligned with broader business objectives and manage risk in operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross functional teams and leadership, aligning on operational targets, budgets, and roadmaps. Own global team budget and reporting.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships, billing models, and KPIs, guiding resource allocation at a global level.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define problems and potential solutions.
  • Adopt a solution-first approach, guide the team and partners towards value-driven outcomes.
  • Model and ensure effective program management by defining goals, communicating milestones, identifying roadblocks, and optimizing processes.
  • Develop scalable measurement methodologies and operational frameworks.
  • Use data and user insights to make decisions for new and existing work streams.


Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing & Social Media, Ad Operations, Entertainment, Ad Tech, and/or Media Operations across multiple countries with 5+ years of people leadership experience and a proven ability to lead successful global teams.
  • Strengths building and motivating diverse teams, defining and implementing strategy, and leading long-term initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the global media landscape, platforms, trends, distribution platforms, DAMs, and security protocols.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective media management solutions incorporating tooling, User Experience Testing (UAT), and vendor partnerships.
  • Strategic, analytical thinking with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to define success using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Constant curiosity to learn new domains, evolve with industry innovations, and improve outcomes.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $ 250K - $515K.
