Product Owner P&C Insurance Mandatory(15+Years Experience)

Key Qualifications:

• 15 20 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst

• Deep domain expertise in P&C insurance (MANDATORY)

• Experience leading data-related projects (data migration, MDM, data warehouses, governance)

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong knowledge of insurance data platforms, data structures, and regulatory requirements

• Ability to own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for insurance data solutions

• Define the product vision and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory goals

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to define features

• Ensure data quality, governance, and integration support critical P&C functions

• Act as the SME for insurance data workflows (underwriting, claims, pricing, etc.)

• Drive delivery of scalable, compliant, and user-centric data products
