Job Summary


Serve as the on-site lead for construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities
Represent the client on-site during all phases of construction.

Oversee daily construction activities for quality, compliance, and safety.

Coordinate with design teams, contractors, inspectors, and management.

Lead site inspections and facilitate field meetings.

Review and process contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment requests.

Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports and as-builts.

Identify and manage project risks or delays, escalating major issues as needed.

Enforce compliance with OSHA and all project safety standards.

Prepare project status reports for senior management and clients.

Ensure adherence to environmental, permitting, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

7 10 years experience in construction supervision, site engineering, or resident engineering.

Experience with large-scale or multi-site projects preferred.

Strong knowledge of project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, CM, Design-Build).

Skilled in construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).

Deep understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and industry practices.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
