Job Details
Role: Workday HR System Tech Lead
Location: Iselin, NJ. (Day one On-site)
The role requires on-site presence 5 days a week.
Technical Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with building, integrating, and supporting applications in a cloud serverless architecture.
- Proficiency in OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure authentication and authorization.
- Experience with SAML-based integration with enterprise applications and cloud providers.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other integration tools.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent coordination skills for effective collaboration with offshore leads and developers.
- Experience with RDBMS, particularly SQL Server and Oracle.
