Job Description:

• We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives across business, risk, and technology functions within our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization.
• This role will be instrumental in driving projects that support responsible AI deployment, ensure regulatory alignment, and enhance the effectiveness of risk governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of the AI Governance Project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional projects within the AI governance program, engaging stakeholders from Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.
• Align goals, resources, and change management strategies to support successful execution of the AI governance roadmap.
• Define project scope, develop detailed work plans, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, milestones, and interdependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate working groups, steering committees, and executive-level reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, performance tracking, and status dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in complex, regulated environments (e.g., financial services or insurance), including 3+ years in risk, compliance, technology, or governance.
• Proven success managing large, complex, cross-functional projects with business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
• Experience operating within matrixed organizations and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors or consultants as part of project delivery.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Coda, Confluence.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within an AI Governance, enterprise risk management (ERM), regulatory compliance, or model risk management (MRM) program. Experience working on regulatory initiatives is a plus.
• Strong understanding of governance, regulatory compliance, and risk principles applicable to financial and insurance institutions preferred.
