What You'll Be Doing
- Support plant operations through process optimization and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Assist in implementing sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in safety and environmental compliance programs.
What Are We Looking For
- Focus within chemical engineering or a related field.
- Adaptability to work within a cement manufacturing plant.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of cement manufacturing processes or industrial operations.
