Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, Charlotte, NC and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Shall be critical in ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, maintain release calendar and communication, and eliminating team impediments
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, estimate, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Champion and embody the Agile way-of-life across the development teams
- Encourage and support iterative and collaborative development
- Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
- Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
- Monitor progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
- Sprint plan and organize demos and product/system testing
- Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
- Track project processes, deliverables, and releases
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
- Manage Large scale deployment for enterprise projects utilizing Agile methodologies
Requirements:
- Experience with Agile Transformation, and can lead positive changes
- Require big thinkers who bring insight, past experiences, knowledge, technical acumen and passion for innovation
- Hands-on knowledge of Jira and Rally
- 10+ years PMP, 10+ years Certified Scrum Master (minimum), SAFe preferred
- Strong familiarity to core Agile Values and modern software engineering techniques
- 15+ years of experience as a TPM or in a similar role
- 10+ years as a certified scrum master
- Expertise in Lean, Kanban, Scrum and other similar Frameworks
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives influence people to change
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
- Strong knowledge experience with leading and implanting CI/CD concepts
Pay range: $68.38 -$76.38
