Pay Range:$170000-$255000/Yrs

Description:
* Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver scalable platforms and tools.
* Promote adoption of modern development practices and engineering excellence.
* Oversee all aspects of product development, including quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and understand the technology landscape rapidly.
* Provide engineering leadership for designing and delivering scalable platforms.

* Encourage modern development practices and engineering excellence.
* Manage product engineering, quality, performance, and security.

* Recruit and scale a strong engineering team.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* 6+ years of experience in engineering complex software systems.
* Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Data Centric application design, and cloud-native applications.
* Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
* Experience with cloud-native tools and technologies.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and ability to mentor technical talent.
