Job Details

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Technical Analyst with a strong background in Workday deployments and business process optimization. This role will play a critical part in leading and supporting a successful Workday implementation, serving as a key liaison between HR, IT and Finance to ensure alignment, adoption and delivery of milestones.MUST HAVE STRONG RETAIL EXP.

Will serve as the primary Workday SME for the organization. Lead and support full life cycle Workday deployment, including requirement gathering, configuration oversight, testing and go-live readiness. Manage implementations milestones, deliverables, risks and deadlines across multiple business units. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, user training, and change mgmt efforts. Troubleshoot issues, recommend enhancements and help maintain ongoing Workday optimization post-launch. Support vendor mgmt and coordinate with external Workday partners and consultants. Document processes, workflows and best practices to enable long term scalability.

MUST have 5 yrs plus exp as a Business analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience. Proven track record in Workday deployment or large scale system implementation(HCM, Payroll, Finance Or Time and Absence preferred) Demonstrated exp managing complex, multi-department technology projects. Strong understanding of HR, finance and IT business processes. Must be able to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY  NO RELOCATION AND MUST BE LOCAL CANDIDATE
