PROLIM is on the lookout for a visionary Vice President Americas Service (PLM, Mendix & Cloud) to spearhead our Americas Services division. The chosen trailblazer will be at the helm, overseeing the construction, leadership, and management of the PLM, Mendix, and Cloud (AWS, Azure) Services realm. This role is all about collaboration, partnering with Sales leaders across all Business units to concoct innovative solutions and cultivate a strategic vision for the long haul. Immediate priorities include propelling the PLM, Cloud, and Mendix Services business to new heights and steering the ship towards exponential growth. Other key focuses involve sculpting a groundbreaking services strategy around emerging technologies such as cloud, IoT, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mastermind of Americas Services: Navigate the domains of PLM, Mendix, and Cloud (AWS, Azure) services. Fluent in the language of value, articulate the benefits of PLM and Cloud solutions, addressing high-level business challenges across all Siemens PLM product lines.
- Pioneer in Business Development: Lead the charge in developing the Cloud and PLM Services business. Hunt down new opportunities and extensions, collaborating seamlessly with the consulting sales team by providing your domain expertise.
- Strategic Analysis for Tailored Solutions: Dive deep into business needs, ensuring that Cloud and PLM solutions seamlessly align with customer objectives. Your approach involves blending industry best practices, product knowledge, and a keen sense of business acumen.
- Innovative Business Line Expansion: Identify, explore, and construct new service business lines, keeping an eye on emerging trends such as IoT, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
- Judicious Decision-Making: Apply judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for delivering functional and technical solutions, especially in non-routine and highly complex scenarios.
- Guiding the Journey: Provide direction and mentorship to project teams, effectively influencing customer leadership on pivotal decisions. Oversee the well-being and growth of technical consultants.
- Cross-Domain Expertise: Showcase expertise across multiple business processes and product families. Architect and design technology solutions spanning multiple products, making decisions that resonate across the entire stack.
- Strategic Project Management: Take charge of client project engagements, primarily in the US. Collaborate with the team to crystallize strategic growth plans.
- Empowering the Next Generation: Define technical training tracks for junior associates, enabling them to expand their knowledge and advance in their careers.
- Executive Relationship Building: Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with customers through regular face-to-face sales activities in North America.
- Strategic Partnership Building: Cultivate relationships with key executives, including CxOs, VP's of R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and CIO/IT executives, as well as departmental managers.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in sales pursuits, working seamlessly with presales and services teams. Craft a well-defined account strategy with a clear path to victory.
- Engaging Presentations: Assist with customer presentations/sales and lead technical presentations in seminars, webinars, and meetings.
Sales Target:
- Ambitious Sales Goal: Achieve a sales target of $5 million per year in services.
