Job Details
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Quality Lead to drive end-to-end QA processes, lead a QA team, and ensure quality excellence across the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement QA strategies, metrics, and standards
Lead QA teams, mentor engineers, and manage resource planning
Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and defect management
Optimize QA processes, tools, and CI/CD integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality goals and improvements
Ensure compliance with standards (ISO, Agile, CMMI, etc.)
Requirements:
8+ years in QA/testing; 3+ years in a leadership role
Expertise in automation (Selenium, Cypress), API, performance testing
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, DevOps & CI/CD practices
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), SQL, and microservices testing
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
QA certifications (ISTQB, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
Bonus: Knowledge of security testing, AI/ML testing, and containerization tools.
