responsibilities:


  • Negotiating Contracts: Lead negotiations with customers and vendors to secure agreements that align with strategic goals while minimizing risk.
  • Drafting & Reviewing Agreements: Prepare, revise, and analyze a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Managing the Contract Lifecycle: Organize and maintain all contract documentation-including amendments, renewals, and terminations-within a centralized system.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Monitor contractual obligations and ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Identifying Risks: Proactively assess contract terms for potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders including legal counsel, sales, finance, and procurement to ensure contract terms support overall business objectives.
  • Resolving Disputes: Address and resolve contract-related issues with diplomacy and precision.
  • Providing Insights: Deliver regular reports and dashboards to management on contract status, KPIs, and compliance issues.


qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (JD or Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in contract administration, preferably within the technology or professional services industries.
  • Deep knowledge of contract law, negotiation tactics, and legal terminology.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to balance multiple high-priority contracts in a fast-moving environment.
  • Keen analytical thinking with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with IP, data security, and SaaS-related contract clauses is a strong plus.
