Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, program, and implement complex application tasks and projects.
  • Develop logical procedures to resolve business problems using computer resources.
  • Define project scope and objectives through research; develop or modify complex systems.
  • Review detailed specifications and recommend enhancements.
  • Design, code, test, and debug complex applications.
  • Deliver project-related outputs (20%).
  • Evaluate how changes in one program may affect others; apply system conversions and enhancements.
  • Lead or provide expertise on assigned projects (20%).
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business needs and design technical solutions aligned with IT strategies and architecture.
  • Assist with post-implementation support and enhancements (20%).
  • Test modified programs, create test data/files, verify logic, debug issues, and document changes (15%).
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support complex applications within time and budget (15%).
  • Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior developers.
  • Act as an internal consultant for technical issues; work with peers and users to resolve system problems (10%).

Education & Experience

  • Required Education:
    Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    OR
    4 years of related work experience OR 2 years of related experience plus an Associate s degree.
  • Required Experience:
    6+ years in application development, systems testing, or related IT roles.

Required Technologies

  • JavaScript experience.
  • 2+ years with Salesforce Business Rules Engine.
  • 6+ years working with OmniStudio components:
    (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, Vlocity Industry Data Models).
  • 6+ years experience with:
    Native Configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and VisualForce.
