Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and related modules. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Coupa, strong ERP integration experience, and the ability to align solutions with business and finance processes. The Coupa Architect will own end-to-end delivery, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Lead Architect for Coupa implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Design and implement scalable Coupa solutions aligned with business and financial processes
  • Lead end-to-end Coupa implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare
  • Architect and manage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, flat files, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
  • Configure and optimize Coupa modules including:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Invoicing
    • Sourcing
    • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
    • Supplier Management / SIM
  • Ensure best practices for security, compliance, controls, and audit readiness
  • Lead technical design workshops and provide solution guidance to stakeholders
  • Oversee data migration, master data design, and validation
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors
  • Provide leadership to functional and technical teams during delivery
  • Support UAT, cutover planning, and production deployment
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues post-go-live
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, or Financial Systems implementations
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa architecture and configuration
  • Strong expertise in Coupa P2P and at least one additional Coupa module (Invoicing, Sourcing, CLM, SIM)
  • Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Workday Financials, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Procurement, AP, Finance, and Accounting processes
  • Experience with API-based integrations and middleware platforms
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
  • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Coupa Certified Professional (Implementation / Architect)
  • Experience with global, multi-entity Coupa deployments
  • Knowledge of SOX controls, compliance, and audit processes
  • Agile / SAFe implementation experience
  • Prior experience in consulting or large enterprise programs
