- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years in precision machining and/or aerospace, automotive, or medical device sectors
- Certifications: ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
- Strong command of ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949, ASM Y14.5 standards
