Job Summary
Leads and delivers large-scale, high-impact enterprise IT projects and portfolios. Ensures successful project execution aligned with business strategy by applying advanced project management methodologies across complex business and technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple large, cross-functional enterprise projects and interdependencies.
Lead matrixed internal and external teams (30+ resources) across geographies.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and change control.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies.
Oversee project financials, including capital, expense, and SaaS budgets ($5–10M+).
Manage multi-vendor relationships and complex technical solutions.
Provide regular status updates, governance reporting, and executive communications.
Ensure projects align with organizational strategy, compliance, and SDLC standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive IT or enterprise project management experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira preferred).
PMP, Agile, or related certifications preferred.
Additional Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible schedules as needed.
