Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies.
  • Manage resources, dependencies, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, providing regular status reports and issue escalation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or public sector environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with government contracts or public sector IT projects.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, compliance standards, and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
