Job Details

This Project Manager will:
Lead infrastructure-focused initiatives across multiple programs and
workstreams, including data center migrations, compliance-driven upgrades, and
cross-functional delivery efforts. The PM will work closely with Release Train
Engineers (RTEs), technical leads, and executive stakeholders to ensure timely
execution, dependency tracking, and Agile alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (e.g., cloud migration, system upgrades, capacity planning).
  • Manage and track dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Create and maintain JIRA dashboards, Gantt charts, and feature-level planning aligned to PI cycles.
  • Collaborate with RTEs to prioritize features and ensure readiness for PI Planning.
  • Lead status reporting and executive communications, including risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support compliance and regulatory initiatives by aligning project deliverables with audit and control requirements.

Required Skills:
  • 5-7+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in technical or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
  • Proven experience with JIRA: creating features, iterations, dashboards, and Gantt charts.
  • Ability to manage complex dependencies and drive accountability across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills-must be comfortable presenting to executives and leadership.
  • Experience supporting data center migrations, system upgrades, or cloud infrastructure projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.
