Employment Type: W2 Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand project goals and gather requirements.
- Assist in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and helping define acceptance criteria.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- A Master's degree (MBA, MIS, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
