Description
Our customer is undertaking a project in HR technology that involves HR Data, Reporting, and HR Analytics strategy development. We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to assist. The right candidate will be a true BA who has good experience working with the HR Data-Driven projects. SuccessFactors experience is desired, but not required.
The right person will possess the following skills:
- 8+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
- 3+ years experience as a BA on HR technology systems, with specific experience in HR Data.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors is helpful but not required. Other HRIS platforms would also be acceptable.
- Ability to occasionally work into early evenings for meetings with an Australian stakeholder.
- Methodical and strong personality. Professional, can negotiate and work with demanding business leads.
- ability to elicit requirements from the business (speak in layman's terms) and translate those to the technical team
- be great at facilitating meetings
- create Visio diagrams, including ability to document current state processes
- great presentation skills, especially in front of executive leadership
- very strong documentation skills
- act as a liaison between non-technical senior leaders and the systems/technical analysts
Client prefers candidates local to Colorado so the consultant can come onsite periodically, but may consider remote candidates. Vast majority of the work will be done remotely so travel will be minimal.
Education/Experience
8+ years in the IT industry with experience as an IT Business Analyst
Experience building strong working relationships with business and IT stakeholders
SAP experience is desirable
CBAP certification is an strong plus
Experience with SuccessFactors is helpful but not required.

Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Possess QA (Testing) execution and leadership experience. Experience with ALM a plus.
Extensive knowledge and experience in requirement elicitation methods and business process workflows to document requirements
Eliciting clear business requirements and evaluating scope considering desired outcomes
Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery capabilities
Prepare for and lead workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze and document current state systems & processes and develop requirements for future state systems & processes
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high demand environment with project deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
