Description:
Test Automation Development:
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
Test Planning & Execution:
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Defect Management:
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to align testing with project requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize automation strategies and frameworks for efficiency and coverage.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in automation testing and Selenium best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium.
- Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
