Description
We are looking for a skilled Lead Analyst, IS ERP, to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and analyzing data to support enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives and provide actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources, including databases, external platforms, and manual files.
Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports to address organizational needs.
Respond to data-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues or requests.
Ensure data accuracy through cleansing and validation processes, adhering to defined standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document reporting requirements and workflows.
Extract insights using query tools, statistical software, and relational databases.
Support ERP-related initiatives by analyzing and managing master data and reporting requirements.
Monitor task completion and track progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Contribute to change management efforts by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Facilitate the use of ERP solutions, including SAP R/3 and Oracle, to optimize business operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and validation within an enterprise environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP R/3 and Oracle, including reporting and data management.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, query tools, and statistical software.
Ability to create detailed reports and manage master data with accuracy and efficiency.
Familiarity with data cleansing techniques and validation plans.
Experience documenting reporting processes and aligning them with business needs.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of change management principles and their application in ERP projects.
