Description
We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team in Irvine, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in creating compelling video content that engages audiences and meets project objectives. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video and brings a strong technical skillset to the table.
Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content that aligns with project goals.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and execute video projects effectively.
Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to enhance video quality and incorporate visual effects.
Manage video production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Create and refine digital video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video projects.
Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video editing processes.
Organize and maintain video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.
Work closely with producers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and expectations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Strong understanding of video production workflows and techniques.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing digital content.
Experience with content creation for various platforms, including social media and websites.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding.
Strong organizational skills to manage video assets and project timelines.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in video editing.
