About the Role



Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled LLM/Prompt Context Engineer to join our team in support of our client, AT&T. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) prompts and AI-driven solutions using fullstack Python development and LangGraph context engineering. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and fine-tuning AI agents, ensuring seamless integration of LLM-based solutions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities





Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models to support various use cases and improve model performance.

Build and deploy AI agents using LangGraph for context-aware, intelligent workflows.

Develop fullstack Python applications to integrate LLMs and AI agents into client systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure high-quality code, adhering to best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LLM performance, context management, and system integrations.

Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and Python-based technologies to drive innovation.





Required Skills





Proficiency in fullstack Python development (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI) for building robust applications.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.

Strong knowledge of LangGraph or similar frameworks for managing context in AI-driven applications.

Experience in developing and deploying AI agents for automation and intelligent decision-making.
