Role Overview
Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Architect to design and lead CC&B solutioning within the USUI project. The role will focus on system architecture, integration design, and ensuring CC&B aligns with Enbridge s billing, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define CC&B solution architecture and integration with SAP, Quorum, and other enterprise systems.
Lead design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop high-level and detailed architecture documents.
Provide oversight for CC&B configuration, customization, and extensions.
Collaborate with cutover and testing leads to ensure end-to-end readiness.
Ensure compliance with Enbridge security, performance, and data governance standards.
Support go-live and stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B architecture and implementation.
Strong expertise in CC&B modules (billing, payments, customer management).
Proven experience in large-scale utility/energy sector programs.
Knowledge of integration with SAP, Quorum, GIS, and CIS systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Education & Nice-to-Have Skills
Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
Oracle CC&B certifications highly preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
Cloud (OCI/Azure) deployment knowledge.
Prior experience with North American utilities (gas/electric).
