Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.
Responsibilities:
Support post-signature teams with education-related questions regarding how to use the Orion platform
Identify, research, and repair orders in Orion that require workarounds
Identify and communicate trends of user issues in the Orion platform
Submit tickets to development team and follow tickets through to repair and communicate with stakeholders about progress of ticket
Qualifications:
Eager to learn the Orion technology on a user-level basis (deep and tactical)
Creative problem solving
Persistence and dedicated to providing timely and thorough follow up
Comfortable and adaptable to change
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in providing customer support for internal teams; respects urgency around providing support
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
