Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Architect or Consultant with deep domain knowledge in Hexagon or Bentley EAM platforms. This role involves guiding enterprise clients through EAM strategy, system architecture, solution design, and digital transformation initiatives focused on asset-intensive operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients on EAM modernization, digital asset lifecycle management, and asset performance improvement.
  • Design and implement scalable EAM solutions using Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM) or Bentley AssetWise.
  • Lead current state assessments, gap analyses, and future state architecture roadmaps.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT to align EAM strategies with enterprise goals.
  • Deliver high-level and detailed architectural designs, integrations, and data strategies for asset management ecosystems.
  • Support RFP/RFI development, vendor evaluation, and system selection processes.
  • Provide domain expertise for asset management best practices, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), condition-based monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support project planning, risk management, change management, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consulting and architecture.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Hexagon EAM (Infor EAM) or Bentley AssetWise platforms.
  • Strong advisory background with the ability to define and drive EAM strategies at an enterprise level.
  • Experience in transportation sector preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, maintenance strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with GIS integration, mobility solutions, IoT, and data analytics within EAM environments.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with integrations involving Maximo, SAP PM, or ESRI GIS is a plus.
    • Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 55000, PAS 55, and FTA asset management guidelines.
    • Previous experience working with DOTs, Transit Authorities, or Railway Operators.
    • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
