Job Details

Job Title: QE Data Conversion Lead (Test Lead)

Location: Canada, Markham (Ontario)

Experience: 10+ years

Working Model: Hybrid 2 days a week in the office premises

Technical Primary Skills:

- We need someone with experience leading GW Data migration projects (From Legacy to GW cloud). This includes both ETL testing and functional testing within GW (PC, BC, CC, etc.).

- The candidate should be capable of helping create the Test Strategy, reviewing it, monitoring the progress, and ensuring execution against the plan.

- They should be able to create the test data strategy, test plan, focus on the execution of the program, and create dashboards.

- The ideal candidate should understand the Data (ETL) platform well, present the statroad blockers to the leadership team at defined intervals, and, if required, work hands-on with the team to deliver the project on time.

Soft Skills:

- Outstanding communication, analytical problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to track projects simultaneously in a balanced and controlled manner.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence without authority.
