Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Oracle PL/SQL Developer in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
* Design and implement database objects such as tables, views, and indexes
* Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance improvements
* Collaborate with application developers to integrate PL/SQL code with front-end applications
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
* Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
* Create and maintain technical documentation for database applications
* Participate in the design and development of data models
* Ensure data integrity and security within the database
* Develop and execute unit tests for PL/SQL code
* Support database deployments and migrations
* Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in software delivery, with 4+ years in complex IT projects
* Strong technical analysis skills for sophisticated applications
* Experience with full stack Java, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and Azure Cloud
* Proficient in Jenkins and CICD pipelines
* Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and relational databases; Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica
* Skilled in database tools and PL/SQL development
* Ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical team members
* Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering technology initiatives
* Capable of delivering mid to large-scale projects by supporting and empowering teams
* Collaborative problem solver who adapts to organizational dynamics
* Strong organizational and presentation skills for diverse audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
