We're seeking highly experienced individuals to support large-scale program testing initiatives and contribute to the continued development of our Business Testing Center of Excellence. Candidates must have prior experience managing testing efforts directly with business stakeholders (User Acceptance Testing) in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

responsibilities:
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Test Management Framework (JTMF) experience
- Experience managing testing for Agile and hybrid projects
- Strong communication, influencing, and partnership skills
- Independently manage testing for highly complex projects or programs
- Prepare test artifacts such as test strategies, test plans, and test closure documents
- Coordinate and lead test planning and execution activities
- Develop and validate test cases to ensure complete coverage
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and PDLC protocols
- Train and mentor business users participating in testing
- Identify and escalate risks/issues and recommend resolution strategies
- Provide estimates for resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Generate test execution, defect status, and progress reports
- Facilitate defect triage and planning meetings
Performance Measurement:
Success will be measured by engagement, quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and feedback from the overall test lead.
qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years managing testing for complex programs with minimal oversight
- 5+ years leading business/user acceptance testing with non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- 5+ years working in matrixed organizations using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 5+ years preparing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Closure documents
- 3+ years using JIRA and JTMF
- Experience managing testing for regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
skills: Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience training others or creating training materials
- Experience leading testing efforts in fraud or regulatory programs
Soft Skills:

- Ability to teach and guide non-technical team members
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and analytical
