Office Manager (Legal)- Direct Hire - Onsite in Baltimore, MD

Elite Technical is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our client's office in Baltimore Maryland. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Include:

- Monitor time/attendance, vacations, and other absences from the office.
- Run productivity reports and consult with employees to identify any issues.
- Serve as point of contact for employees on questions relating to policies and procedures and escalate as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
- Support day-to-day facility concerns such as building, security, cleaning and maintenance, heating and air conditioning, emergency preparedness, and general tenant issues.
- Coordinate inventory and ordering of general office supplies.
- Facilitate office space assignments/desk moves for new and existing employees, including attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
- Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.

- Bachelor's Degree or have comparable work experience.
- Three+ years Office Management experience is required
- Prior experience working in a law office is required. General knowledge of employment laws and practices is required.
- Excellent organizational and personnel management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters.
- The ability to work with all levels of employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
