Managing projects for retention programs which they are going to launch

Movers Program : Function as strategist for such moving customer and sending communication to them for execution.
Base Loyalty & Insights is a member of the Xfinity Base Management & Strategy team and primarily responsible for architecting, managing and analyzing special programs and promotions targeted primarily to the high-value and mover segments of Xfinity s 30 million residential customers.

Put forth proposals for new loyalty and retention initiatives and programs based on trends in the competitive landscape, customer research and performance data with the goal of maximizing the value of the customer base.

Must have skills:

Looking for 3 to 4 years of Project Management experience
SQL for data manipulation

Strong Soft skills:

  • Strong Organizational skills; Manage multiple projects at a time, meet deadlines, follow priorities.
  • Cross functional team: Ability to work & collaborate with other departments & team members.
  • Comfort with MS -Office
  • Storytelling through presentation
