Account Representative

Position Summary:

Our partner, a global leader in technology known for shaping the future of consumer electronics and enterprise solutions, is looking to add an Account Representative to its team! In this role, you ll manage new client onboarding, invoicing, and inquiries by coordinating with Sales, Billing, and CRM teams. As an Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, quick to learn, and skilled at managing customer and internal communications in a fast-paced environment, including lead routing and ticket queue management.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field/experience
  • 3+ year of experience within Sales, Sales Support or Account Management
  • Hands-on experience managing accounts
  • Experience working with internal and external customers
  • Previous experience in an enterprise support or portfolio management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and timely transition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Identify and address inconsistencies, collaborating with the sales team as needed.
  • Work with the sales manager to drive sales campaigns that generate new leads.
  • Manage tasks and tickets within the company s CRM, handling the ticket queue and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client billing is accurate and aligned with contract terms.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying client needs, delivering product demos, and helping generate new leads.
  • Document existing workflows to ensure standardization and consistency.
  • Provide additional support as required to aid the sales process and overall team objectives.
