Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Heroku Platform Engineer with deep expertise in building, deploying, and scaling contact center applications on Heroku. This role will play a pivotal part in enabling seamless customer experiences through cloud-native architecture, REST API orchestration, real-time event processing, and integration with platforms like Amazon Connect, Salesforce, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or similar.
