Product Engineer

Backed by a $7M seed round and trusted by leading enterprises like Plaid and Airwallex, the company is solving one of the most broken yet mission-critical processes in revenue operations. The platform combines rule-based engines, workflow automation, and AI capabilities to help revenue teams optimize pricing, accelerate approvals, and roll out changes instantly across their organizations.

In this role, you ll take ownership of building and shipping impactful product features end-to-end from designing CRM integrations and experimentation platforms to developing workflow systems and customizable pricing engines. You ll work closely with customers, uncovering their pain points and creating solutions that are both simple and powerful, while collaborating across engineering, AI, and product teams. This is a high-ownership opportunity to shape the core infrastructure and product experience of a fast-moving startup with proven product-market fit, helping set the technical and product foundation for scaling into the next phase of growth.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Experience owning entire product or feature suites 0-1
• 2+ year tenure at previous positions - no serial job hopping
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience; less interested in mega-corp backgrounds unless demonstrably scrappy
• AI/agentic AI experience is notrequired but is a plus.
• Fintech or pricing/finance-related product experience is a strong plus
• Strong backend TypeScript skills (primary backend & frontend language)
• Product mindset: delivering high-quality, customer-facing solutions from 0 1
• Can build complex, customizable systems such as pricing engines and workflow builders
• PostgreSQL experience with an emphasis on complex data modeling and abstractions
• Frontend experience, operations/DevOps (fullstack abilities)
