Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Education: M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field (preferred).

Top 3 Required Hard Skills
Power Electronics Knowledge:
Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control methods.Hands-On Testing & Troubleshooting:
At least 3 years of experience with validation, troubleshooting, and use of lab equipment such as:Battery simulators
Power supplies
Electronic loads (E-loads)
Oscilloscopes, etc.
Technical Writing & Communication:
Minimum 3 years of experience clearly conveying complex technical concepts in both written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities
Review schematics, PCB designs, and perform simulations of power electronics converters.
Conduct verification and validation tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in power electronics systems using lab equipment.
Analyze root causes and lead R&D efforts for issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system development and improvements.
Document test results and present findings in clear, technical reports.
Preferred Qualifications
M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in power electronics testing and validation.
Solid foundational knowledge of power electronics systems and automotive standards.
Familiarity with functional safety and EMI/EMC testing is a plus.
