Job Details
The salary is 50k to 60k.
* 2 to 5 years of IT Support / Service Desk Support.
* Responsible to provide Level 1 and 2 Desktop and Helpdesk support services to the user base.
* Troubleshoot software and computer peripherals, Active Directory and Group Policy.
* Provide support for Desktop and Laptop computers, printers and other equipment.
* Support MS Office, Office 365, and Skype for Business.
* Any knowledge of Windows Servers or Cloud / AWS, or Application Support is a plus.
* Suggest improvements to the operations.
