Senior Network Engineer

A local healthcare company is expanding its Network Security team and seeks a Network Engineer to spearhead forthcoming projects. We require an individual with substantial Network Engineer proficiency and robust experience in Network Security, particularly within the firewall domain. As the Lead Engineer, you will oversee a significant implementation and upgrade initiative involving Checkpoint Firewalls. Your daily responsibilities will encompass router and switch configurations, VLAN establishment, and site-to-site VPN setup. Familiarity with Cisco ISE or Zerotrust is advantageous.

This role offers a dynamic blend of Network functions, promising continuous growth in both responsibilities and projects. You'll collaborate with a diverse 15-person team comprising Network and Security Engineers, fostering ample opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Network Engineer experience
• Proficiency with Checkpoint Firewalls
• Strong command of Cisco Routing and Switching
• Experience in VLAN setup
• Proficient in establishing site-to-site VPNs
• Network Subnetting expertise
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Zerotrust
• CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or CISSP certifications
