Job Summary (Technical Account Manager):
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Proclink's solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts, technical stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Manage day-to-day client service, keeping current clients satisfied and addressing their needs.
- Work with internal offshore teams to onboard new clients and nurture existing client relationships.
- Provide management with real-time insights on client organizational changes, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Participate in technical discussions, particularly on Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and payment systems.
- Contribute to system architecture and solution design with focus on scalability, resilience, and extensibility.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to identify and implement optimal solutions.
- Attend weekly in-person meetings with key technical stakeholders to foster relationships and understand needs.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Manage multiple client accounts, demonstrating strong coordination and relationship management skills, especially with offshore teams.
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Leverage technical expertise in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs) and software engineering best practices.
- Preferable: Utilize social media for networking, sharing thought leadership, and supporting sales and relationship-building efforts.
