Microsoft Exchange Engineer

Job Description:

This person will be responsible for uplifting the technical level of the Global Support team, mostly L1 Helpdesk resources, serving as a point of escalation for complex technical issues. There are L2,L3,L4 escalation teams, this resource is needed to help uplift the current Global Support team in the L1 support roles. In addition, they will also be working alongside the engineering team on upcoming engineering migration/uplift projects with the aim to lessen the impact to support team. An ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Office 365, Exchange online, SharePoint Management, Cloud desktop, and customization of Office products.

This is a long-term contract with the opportunity to convert to a full time role.

Onsite in Draper, Utah

Qualifications:

Extensive experience supporting Windows operating system
Extensive experience supporting and doing customizations to Office 365 products
Must have worked heavily within Exchange within the last two roles
Experience with VB Scripting: troubleshooting Macro related issues with Excel
Experience with Powershell; writing codes and commands
Experience supporting Office 365 related issues post migration
Able to stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization
SharePoint Management experience; ability to create custom workflows, create list views, create automated workflows
Strong communication and ability to handle white glove support
Client Desktop experience required (not server related)
Will troubleshoot complex issues that will improve the business teams and overall client experience
