Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience in training and managing Google Doc AI models in production settings.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Familiarity with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing machine learning models. Cloud Deployment: Experience deploying machine learning models on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Developer with a strong focus on product development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and optimizing AI-driven solutions, with hands-on experience in document intelligence platforms. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of AI products within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Model Training & Fine-Tuning:

• Actively participate in the training and fine-tuning of Google Doc AI models, ensuring alignment with evolving product requirements and business objectives.
• Production Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and manage AI models in production environments; troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability, stability, and optimal performance. Problem Diagnosis & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Doc AI model-related issues using strong analytical and technical skills to maintain seamless operation.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze model performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and overall efficacy.
• AWS Model Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy AI models on AWS platforms; collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader product ecosystems.

• Qualifications & Attributes Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Product Mindset: Strong product-oriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
