Program Manager

The role of a Strategic Program Manager centers on coordinating AI-driven projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals, leveraging tools such as GenAI and M365 Copilot to enhance planning, communication, and risk management. Responsibilities include managing project objectives, budgets, deliverables, innovation sessions, and stakeholder communications, while required qualifications emphasize expertise in strategic AI implementation, project management, leadership, and multidisciplinary team coordination supported by relevant educational credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align project and program objectives with overall organizational goals.
• Manage release schedules and track key deliverables.
• Utilize GenAI for project planning, status reporting, and risk management. Monitor project health and report any discrepancies.
• Organize daily activities to meet program goals. Integrate AI-based tools into project workflows to enhance tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
• Facilitate brainstorming and innovation sessions to implement AI solutions.
• Ensure effective communication across teams. Use tools like M365 Copilot to recap meetings, draft communications, and manage documentation.
• Maintain issue logs and resolution plans.
• Review and track the planned efforts for various projects within the program.
• Evaluate and assess the program's strengths and weaknesses. Propose solutions for improvement.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
• Provide leadership in projects involving internal resources and various vendor partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management methods, techniques and tools.
• Proven experience in project performance evaluation and change management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in using AI-based tools like GenAI and M365 Copilot for project planning and communication.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage budgets, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Relevant educational background in fields such as AI, project management, or related discipline.

Education and Experience:

• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
• Experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.
