Sentinel is looking for a driven and experienced IT Sales professional to join our team based in Tempe, AZ. Work Environment:
- Office-based collaboration every Monday for team synergy and strategy
- Remote flexibility Tuesday through Friday when not meeting clients on-site

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven success in a sales role, preferably within the IT or managed services industry
- Familiarity with the Arizona or Colorado market is beneficial
- Strong self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and take initiative without constant oversight
- Experience selling IT infrastructure, managed services, or related technology solutions is highly preferred
- Skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships through trust and consistent value delivery
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business
- Proven ability to close deals using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
- Highly motivated, goal-driven professional with exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Must have reliable transportation, as the role involves travel to client sites and occasional equipment transport
- A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive can-do attitude essential for success in a fast-paced environment
