This Business Analyst will work alongside the departments manager and support the roll-out of project initiatives. Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday Core Business Hours
Job Duties:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to review projects in pipeline and Build and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps; track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide hands-on technical support and light systems administration across end-user technologies and software platforms.
- Assist and help lead initiatives such as selecting and rolling out new laptop modules.
- Work closely with the Manager on key initiatives while also operating independently to drive tasks forward.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management.
- Knowledgeable in requirements gathering and eliciting of decisions for technical projects.
- Familiar with Systems Administration or Tier 2 support.
