Content Publisher - Web Presence

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Content Publisher - Web Presence.

Summary:
We're looking for a Content Producer (sometimes referred to as a Publisher) who will be the go-to expert for CMS execution across the organization. This role is focused on high-quality, detail-oriented content entry and publishing-freeing up engineering resources and accelerating delivery of ongoing content updates across their website. This is not a web producer role focused on project strategy, SEO, or technical builds-this is a role focused on doing the work. the Content Publisher will get hands-on with our CMS daily, and they will play a critical role in improving the efficiency and quality of content operations on our clients website.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience working with content management systems (ideally Contentful or similar) to manage complex, component-based web content
* Strong attention to detail-able to accurately apply content edits and catch small inconsistencies others might miss
* Clear communicator who can surface blockers, ask clarifying questions, and work with distributed teams across time zones
* Comfortable working in sprints and SLAs, balancing speed and quality while hitting weekly volume targets
* Familiarity with markdown syntax and basic HTML for content formatting and link embedding

Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with global websites and an understanding of localization workflows (even if not responsible for translation management directly)
* Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of similar tasks with efficiency, focus, and a positive attitude
* Experience partnering with product, marketing, or content teams to maintain and evolve a large-scale web property
* Familiarity with ticketing tools like Asana or Jira and a willingness to own the intake-to-completion process for content tickets
* Interest in contributing to documentation and operational improvements to help the team scale

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
