Should possess a strong foundation in ServiceNow platform administration and development, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Key skills include performing daily platform maintenance, developing custom modules, managing Service Catalog items, and configuring core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations, role-based access control (RBAC), and scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) is essential. Experience with JIRA and collaboration tools like SharePoint; Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist Support the update requirements for data calls in (SharePoint, SNOW, etc) to reflect the most recent OMB and Federal CIO FISMA metrics. Perform daily upkeep and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Implement back-end modifications and apply necessary fixes. Add new features and functionalities to enhance the ServiceNow portal. Provide feedback and updates to ServiceNow application content as needed |
