Senior Business Analyst

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Senior Business Analyst: validate requirements and user stories
• Identify vulnerabilities, data patterns, and incongruities; perform root cause analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive collaboration

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong requirements elicitation skills, including:
  
  
  
  
  • Document analysis
  • User stories and process mapping
  
  
  
• Adaptable interpersonal skills with experience in:
  
  
  
  
  • Stakeholder engagement across multiple levels
  • Driving completion of BA deliverables
  
  
  
• Understanding of requirements traceability (e.g., Rock Crushing method)
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to articulate:
  
  
  
  
  • The role and value of a Business Analyst within an organization
  • How the BA role evolves across the project delivery lifecycle
  
  
  
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc., are a plus
• Industry knowledge in banking is preferred

Must Have:

1. Business analysis skills
2. Process improvement and mapping experience
3. Strong project delivery acumen, including collaboration with project managers and IT teams
