Description
Our client is in need of a Site Support professional. This will be a 6 month contract with the potential to hire. It could go much longer depending on performance. Must have at least 2 years of professional experience in an IT Support position. Must have reliable transportation this position will be onsite supporting all of the folks at this location .Must have strong customer service skills, experience doing it support in large fast paced environment. Must have strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory. Must be able to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment.. A majority of the work will be provisioning tickets and group policies. This person must have a flexible schedule it could include night and weekend work. There will be an opportunity for overtime. Will be supporting 200 employees in Palm Beach location and 14,000 end users between US and Canada. (within Dycom's 50+ subsidiaries throughout the US and Canada). 1 + years Active Directory experience is a MUST.
